| Project Description | Shandong Chemical Co., Ltd. primarily engages in the deep processing of chemical raw materials. The raw wastewater is pale yellow, contains a large amount of crystalline solids, has a pungent odor, and is rich in cyanide-containing organic compounds. The water quality parameters are: pH ≈ 0.25, COD₍Cr₎ ≈ 550,000 mg/L, NH₃–N ≈ 5,000 mg/L, TDS ≈ 570,000 mg/L. Due to the high content of crystalline solids, pipelines are prone to blockage. According to the approved environmental impact assessment (EIA), the raw water may be diluted with tap water up to 40 times before treatment.ZQQD diluted the raw water 20 times with tap water and applied a two-stage “three-dimensional electrolysis + ozone catalytic oxidation” process, producing effluent with pH ≈ 6–9, COD₍Cr₎ < 500 mg/L, NH₃–N ≤ required limits, TDS ≤ 15,000 mg/L, meeting the inlet conditions for the downstream biological treatment system. |
