| Project Description | Datong New Energy Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in graphite production and purification. The production wastewater mainly originates from acidic wastewater generated during graphite purification, containing pollutants such as F⁻, HCl, HNO₃, etc. The original treatment process used filtration + lime neutralization + filtration, resulting in effluent with TDS up to 20,000 mg/L, failing to meet the DB14/1928-2019 “Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”.After upgrading with ZQQD’s “catalytic self-electrolysis + three-dimensional electrolysis + neutralization and coagulation + filtration” process, the effluent is stable, with TDS controlled below 1,600 mg/L, meeting the DB14/1928-2019 standard. Meanwhile, the consumption of neutralizing chemicals is significantly reduced, lowering the treatment cost per cubic meter of wastewater. |
