| Project Description | This project involves the treatment of complexed copper wastewater and acidic copper-containing wastewater. The main pollutants in the complexed copper wastewater are EDTA and heavy metal copper, with an influent COD of approximately 3,000 mg/L. According to information provided by the client’s technical department, the complexed copper wastewater first undergoes copper and EDTA recovery processes, after which the remaining wastewater is treated. The acidic copper-containing wastewater primarily contains copper ions, which are recovered by precipitation through alkali addition before discharge. After treatment with MOTIVA FCM-IV catalytic self-electrolysis combined with ozone catalytic oxidation, the effluent COD is reduced to below 500 mg/L, meeting the Class B standard of the “Water Quality Standard for Wastewater Discharged into Urban Sewers” (GB/T 31962-2015). |
