| Project Description | A nut factory in Jianyang, serving the military industry and specializing in mechanical parts surface treatment, expanded production and built a new wastewater treatment plant. To ensure long-term development, the plant manager commissioned our company for an effluent upgrading project. After the upgrade, the plant treats 200 m³/day, with raw COD of approximately 120–150 mg/L. By adopting ZQQD “self-electrolysis + ozone catalytic oxidation” process, the effluent COD is reduced to <50 mg/L, with stable water quality. Both hexavalent chromium and total nickel meet Electroplating Wastewater Table 3 discharge standards. |
