| Project Description | The wastewater in this project originates from organic solvent waste liquid, containing high concentrations of propylene glycol methyl ether and propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. The wastewater has poor biodegradability and is classified as high-COD, difficult-to-treat wastewater. Conventional physicochemical pretreatment combined with biological treatment cannot achieve the required treatment targets. This project adopts MOTIVA FCM Catalytic Self-Electrolysis Technology, which can effectively remove dissolved organic matter through redox reactions, significantly reducing wastewater COD. The effluent is further treated using SAO3 for ozone catalytic oxidation coupling, utilizing strong oxidative conditions under ozone catalysis to oxidize and decompose the majority of organic compounds in the wastewater, ensuring that the effluent meets the biochemical system influent requirement of CODcr<30,000 mg/L. |
