| Project Description | This project, with an annual production of 30,000 tons of potato starch, is being implemented in three phases (Phase I: 500 m³/day; total: 2,000 m³/day). Potato starch processing generates high-strength organic wastewater containing sugars, proteins, cellulose, fats, and other pollutants. Untreated discharge can produce harmful gases, promote pathogenic microbial growth, deplete dissolved oxygen, and cause serious water pollution. To address this, the project adopts the MOTIVA process: screening + DAF + IC-coupled electrochemical reactor + anoxic + aerobic + SA03 ozone catalytic oxidation, ensuring effluent meets the Starch Industry Water Pollutant Control Standard (GB 25461-2010, Table 2). |
