| Project Description | Shandong Textile Co., Ltd., founded in 1988, is an integrated enterprise engaged in spinning, dyeing, and weaving, with subsidiaries Yishui Hengtai Textile Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Pengjin Outdoor Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s main products include various types of raw white yarn, semi-worsted yarn, dyed yarn, fancy yarn, specialty velvet fabrics, and special outdoor fabrics.This project is an upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system. The current process “pretreatment+ biological treatment + UF + RO” produces effluent with COD ≤65 mg/L, suspended solids around 50 mg/L, and a color value of 80, which cannot meet the client’s water reuse standards. Therefore, deep treatment of the biological effluent is required.The project adopts ZQQD ozone catalytic oxidation coupled reaction technology for the downstream advanced treatment, effectively solving incomplete organic degradation and reducing color. After treatment, the wastewater achieves COD ≤40 mg/L, suspended solids ≤10 mg/L, and color ≤20, meeting the “Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants” (GB 18918-2002). |
