| Project Description | This project is part of the National Hazardous and Medical Waste Disposal Facility Construction Plan approved by the State Council and focuses on the Shaanxi Hazardous Waste Treatment Center. The facility covers 197 mu, with a total investment of 279 million RMB and a treatment capacity of ~23,000 tons/year, handling 45 hazardous waste categories (excluding HW10). The wastewater originates from two streams: industrial hazardous waste (~80 m³/day, high salinity and COD up to 100,000 mg/L) and landfill leachate (~20 m³/day). The treatment train includes two-stage FCM-IV catalytic self-electrolysis, SA03-II ozone catalytic oxidation coupled reactions, triple-effect evaporation, AO biological treatment, MBR, and advanced SA03-II ozone polishing, achieving effluent quality compliant with GB 8978-1996 Level III discharge standards. | ||||
