| Project Description | The wastewater from this electroplating project mainly includes acidic and alkaline wastewater, chromium-containing, nickel-containing, cadmium-containing, and cyanide-containing wastewater. The original treatment relied on chemical dosing and precipitation, which was costly, unstable, and faced issues such as high operating costs, excessive sludge production, poor treatment stability, and difficulty meeting discharge standards.Since November 2023, after upgrading to MOTIVA pretreatment combined with catalytic self-electrolysis (CSE) process, the project has achieved stable effluent quality, meeting the Class I heavy metal limits under GB 21900-2008 “Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard”. This upgrade has significantly reduced operating costs and generated economic benefits for the enterprise. |
