Project DescriptionThis project is an upgrading and enhancement project for an industrial park wastewater treatment plant. The wastewater primarily originates from several factories in the Songmen Industrial Park, which discharge pretreated production wastewater into the municipal sewer network, then is collectively conveyed to the Songmen Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Plant. The influent has already undergone multi-stage biochemical degradation and physicochemical sedimentation, with a COD of approximately 60 mg/L. According to the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996), the effluent COD must be reduced below 30 mg/L. Under the current biochemical treatment, achieving this standard is challenging. After applying MOTIVA ozone catalytic oxidation technology, COD can be stably reduced to below 30 mg/L, achieving a removal rate of approximately 50%. Under stable operating conditions, the effluent is clear, transparent, and consistent. The overall treatment package can integrate seamlessly with the upstream processes, enabling fully automated operation.
